Heya, keen to get some ideas of what I should be expecting from repairers for repairing to a primered state.
I've got a couple of pics below of the damage. I was quoted $800NZD to repair that + the straightening the bonnet + Respraying both the bonnet and bumper.
I no longer want them resprayed, but just to a primered state.
That crack is right through, plus there a few other little cracks, as well as the normal bit of scraping underneath

@topic.. guess it would be cheaper to get a new bumper from here?
Same here
I might just remove the bar myself, and get the local fiber glass guy to repair it for $150, and just drive around with an unpainted bar for a while....
Last time it cost me $500 AUD for the bar + 800 for fitting and painting etc...

Have a go at painting it yourself mate. If you get the fibreglass guy to repair it, the most youll lose is the cost of paint. If you f**k it up then just sand it back and re-prime it.

While sitting here in boardies, a singlet with swear words on it and thongs, with my sunnies on my head listening to triple J, I see nothing wrong with this...
