Gooood, just double checking.
Took scissors to the felt. Doesn't help that I have the strength of an effing pixie but it's in lol.

Definitely will appreciate it around the twisties!
And don't worry, I had all three of my housemates have a go at the left top nut before I managed to get it loose.

Re: c3rbera's GPX
Seeing as mine came with the strut braces, I never knew how amazing they were until I tried driving with them off... sh*t they're good

Re: c3rbera's GPX
I don't have a socket wrench so knew my front bar wouldn't be coming off today but tried seeing if there was a way of removing the factory air feed without that. No successes but tinkered anyway. It's still attached to something..
I couldn't see a way of removing the wheel lining without tearing it either... but I'm sure there's a trick.
Today's progress:
gained: NS60S battery
removed: 3 bolts...and this thing

Re: c3rbera's GPX
nice progress...
can get an up rated rear sway bar to really give the oversteer appeal... takes a bit of getting used to.

Re: c3rbera's GPX
not sure what you could get away with, had a 22mm on the Zuk, had a shorter wheelbase though, could probably be comfortable in the FTO with a 24mm if you could find one.
dunno what the stock is, i would think 20mm

Yeah I don't think I'll be having more luck with it... Thanks Tim hahavipfto wrote:Can be done without removing bar. Happy to do when swap alt
That sounds like a really interesting path to take, to create oversteer didn't even cross my mind.SchumieFan wrote:nice progress...

22mm...I'll remember that, I'd actually really like to see how that would work out.
Thanks for mentioning it!

Congrats on the yellow beauty btw, it is amazing, there can't be many left. And I love how you're keeping it stock.

Has an lsd too doesn't it?
