Seat Bracket front left bolt snapped

As the title says on the front left passenger side

what can i do to fix it?! the bolt snapped while i was undoing the nut now it just flat off with the surface, i have looked at blind bolts, blind nut rivet but i don't know if they a the right size and what should i do to fix this problem?

Centrepunch it, small drill bits and an easyout

I think the screw might be welded to a body frame at the bottom? Correct me if I am wrong

Front of the seat uses bolts, the back has bolts fixed to the floor pointing up.

Weird the part that snap off had a nut attached to it and the other ones had a circle tip and it a bolt that screws down.

How would I fix the fixed bolt from the floor pointing up?

Weld a new one in?

Front of the seat uses bolts, the back has bolts fixed to the floor pointing up.
Completely wrong actually.The other way round. In the front, the bolt threads are welded to the floor pan. Nuts are used to hold the seat down. On the rear, the holes are in the floor pan and bolts hold the rear of the seats down.

    Sorry, other way around. ;)
    Front = welded bolts sticking up (studs), you put the nuts on.
    Rear = bolts used to hold down seat, you put the bolts in.

      Ahhh there we go much easier to see :) well I don't have a single clue how to get under there looks like it welded down
