Keeping forum alive with my questions XD
Has anyone ever done a manual conversion? if so Was it hard or just time consuming?
also how much Adjustable Coilovers would cost?

Yes it has been done, search through the forums
Coilovers are between $1000-2000 depending on what brand they are

No offense, but you should do some searches, almost everything you want to know can be found in this forum already.
manual conversion can be done, so long as you are reasonably tech savvy then it's merely changing the boxes, changing the shafts, installing the pedals and shifter then fudging a couple of wires.
As for coils, anywhere from $1200 - $2500
