What is the difference and how do I change each of them?
Lol, I saw the DIY for the oil but I'm unsure what oil to use.
Also I got myself some syntax whatever it is, but that's fluid and I'm all confused? :p haha. Help?

Yeah.

All you need is the oil/fluid/liquid itself, a container to put the old oil in, and a funnel (I used a container with a pump top (idk what they're called)).

About 2.2 L.
After you empty it, you just fill it until it starts overflowing.
Ok I've picked up 2 bottles of castrol syntrax 75W, however that means I've only got 2L. I just saw I need 2.2L hey?
Means I need another bottle hey?
Another $30 for just .2L!
Better be good stuff..
Edit for usefulness: Just realised you bought 75W. hmmmm. don't know FTO boxes, but most misu boxes I've dealt with use 80W 90.
Hmm.. I can always return it... can anyone else advise?!
(I'm going to do it tomorrow, but if I don't get it done tomorrow lawso I'll PM you my details and we can do it friday?)
would 80W 90 be cheaper? (please say so!) haha
I'm running out of money
Bump
I really want to do this tomorrow morning and still don't know if iv got the right stuff...
Or if I can get away with slightly cheaper stuff, given it's not used in a race application.
I'd reckon 75w will be fine. FTO boxes can be a bit of a princess if they get oil thats too heavy. They'll hate you & crunch into first & second when cold.
I would be careful putting a GL-5 oil into an FTO gearbox.
Typically, a GL-5 gear oil will have about 2 times the active additive level of a GL-4 product. This additional additives can cause problems with yellow metals like brass or bronze.
