mines 3" from the cat back. Came with the car when I bought it 3 or so years ago. After noticing the piping had a rusted hole in one of the bends a few months ago, I just got em to make up an identical 3inch mandrel bent pipe to replace. My car runs fine for me.
yet if I do need to replace the muffler/cat I would probably make it 2.5"

I've got RPW extractors, 2'5 back into a resonator then up over the diff into a no name brand cannon. Sounds good at full song but vibrates and it's a bit noisy at low revs. Being an auto doesn't help. Maybe i'm getting old. Looking to replace the muffler with something a bit quieter without losing power.

I got, high flow cat, 2.5" from cat back to super-cat cannon... Sounds good to me atleast, not to loud but not too quite.
Except my cannon looks small when compared to some turbo cannon's they keep teasing me cos my cannon muffler is so small compared to theirs

Did you put this in yourself? I don't understand?payaya wrote:3 inch?? You got a turbo?
I got a custom 2 1/4 magnaflow system.
Why would you go smaller then stock? The stock piping on the fto, is 2.4 (basically 2.5) i think, and that is mandrel bent. Why would anyone even need to change the piping? Unless they went turbo, i think the stock exhaust is almost perfect, for the car.
