Mmm interesting
I wonder if that was my problem then with my kw power loss due to bad earth of the battery.
Will have to change out the fuel filter and get it back on the dyno

Hey aza when are you planning on doing your fuel filter? Let me know and if I'm free I'll come and do mine at the same time? (and you can provide useful advice/assistance? haha)aza013 wrote:Mmm interesting

If your battery wasn't in the boot Aza, I have a heap of short runs of 8GA we could have put all through your engine bay for extra earthing...
Might still work off the terminal in your bay, but ultimately straight off the battery is the way to go.

Re: Not really a help thing just a question.
first thing i did when i got the fto was swap out the battery with blue top and put two 2g grounds from batery to engine ( prob should upgrand engine to chassis )
was playing around the other night and the engine ground wasnt connected to chassis and boot leds didnt work , then placed them to the engine and worked took one off and light dimed
grounds are just as important as power wires ,
seeings your battery is in the boot how did you wire it up
ground battery to chassis in boot or did you run wires to the front to the engine
if you grounded to chassis then you prob should upgrade engine to chassis

The battery is grounded in the boot and the engine bay earth has been mounted the the frame of the car. So the earth use the car to connect each other.bduffman wrote:
