its a system that uses cold carbon gas or something cold in a bottle similar to a NOS one.
you have one or two 'glass or aluminium bulbs' in your intake path, and the the air that'runs' over the bulb decreases in temperature, thus increasing density. apparently can drop temp up 35%..
they also have cold rails you run parallel with fuel rail's, and an intercooler fogger system as well, like a purger. i dont know if it works, but it was pretty big a few years back. http://www.alldayperformance.com.au/category144_1.htm

If it's auto, convert to manual if feasible ?
upgrade ignition components, remove weight, work on intake system from air around filter straight to the manifold and heat issues), better piggyback allowing for ignition adjustment too (or standalone ? How serious are you ?), raise compression, then i guess it starts moving into big money category i.e. total internals and moving your powerband up the rpm range and upping rpms.

What vtecs you have problems with...a stock/light tune anything VTEC YO!!!!! bar s2000 and nsx shouldn't be able to hassle you if your manual 8O though dc2r would be lineball.

Well some engines are in better condition than others. Plus you may have more mods minus ecu. Manual and auto gives a small power loss difference, and dyno discrepancies as well.

Oh here we go again, who give a sh*t what you got on a dyno, every dyno is different.

Some stock ass FTO got 146kwatw at Autosalon a while ago, but a stock mum's shopping corolla ate it on the street at the same night.

Individual dyno graph only good for reference for the mods you done to your car before and after.

so...should i go to the dyno again???

how many kw i should have???

coz i think 110KW is not enough coz..before i expected 115....

i am going to change to throttle body?? does it worth?

i race with my friend dc2-r, he is not the stock one...

he got toda cam, full exhaust and power fc...so i think it is reasonable to lose, if drag.

All your answers are in this thread... don't worry about kw so much, focus on your torque. And yes, a dc2r with cams will munch most fto's.

You've gotta lay out your plan for your car rather than going bit by bit without an ultimate goal. You'll just end up with something that is most likely unbalanced/unreliable.
