no air flow meter!

Post by kayarubin »

my olds have a 95 FTO GPX and it has a mines tuned ECU in it...and one thing i noticed was it has no Air flow meter!

the car runs fine and all that but its real weird that it hasnt got one!

does anyone else not have one in their cars?? and how much extra power do you think that it would make without an AFM??

cheers guys! :D

AFM hasn't been removed - GPX FTOs don't have one! They use a MAP sensor instead.

GR FTOs use an AFM. Take a look at pics of Bennoz' car and you'll see the difference in intake piping.
