Mivec controller?
Does anyone know where these are available/ what brands are good/ how they actually work and stuff?

Unless you've had major head work and new cams, there's no point in changing the MIVEC cut in point.
If you move the rpm point higher then you're on the low cams longer which produces less torque after the normal MIVEC point.
If you move the rpm point lower then you're on the high cams earlier which produces less torque after the before MIVEC point.
It's the same for all the MIVEC series engines. Don't play with it coz it ain't broke
