EOI - custom front bar groupie

Post by shue »

a lot of you have been asking about the T's factory front bar. had a little chat with my fibre glassing guy and we can run a limited run of our own version of the t's (cant copy it due to copyright issues) . ive already got a t's on my car from the group buy but its cracked in a few places trying to make it fit + lousy fitting so we can use mine to modify it a bit and make a mould for a group buy for you guys. at this stage we dont have designs as yet but to give u an idea will have a big mouth like the t's, simple lines and we'll get rid of the holes on the sides. let me know if your interested in something like this. the quality of workmanship from this guy is tops and im sure a lot of you who have bought his carbon fibre bits can confirm that. we'll work on some photochops if i can get a good response from this

If the price is right and the modified design you settle on is pleasant on the eye, im in!. Would be interested in D Cuatro sides to match, but can source them elsewhere at a later date if need be.

Ive noticed that the some of the Factory T replicas are wider at the bottom of the main intake hole than at the top (see below). Any chance of making the hole a little more symmetrical (same width top and bottom)???.

series 2 will be massive B**** with the lights and that coz most ppl have series 1. i'll get some photochops made and we'll see the response. we'll def need over 10 people wanting this to reduce costs as a mould would need to be made etc

Yours is a series 1. Series 2 have round indicator and round driving lights in the fron bar (instead of the oval one you have).

yep the series 2 has the parkers and indicators seperate. if i can find someone with a series 2 bar i can get a series 2 version made as well.
For the moment its just for the series 1 with the oval parkers/indicators in one. i'll chase this up this weekend and try to get some photochops by next week.
for the moment could you please confirm names in a list depending on price
