Tacho & Speedo Needles

I need help on how to remove the needles for the tacho, speedo, fuel and temp on the instrument cluster.

I can't find the DIY anywhere on here after searching for ages so I do apologise if there's already a thread about it.

The cluster is out, the plastic frames are off so I'm up to taking the needles off. What's the technique?
