Well i've been on both side of shoes, so i know those poor telemarketing people get hummer by their boss and they're usually student who need work experience as most company want experience people but won't give them a chance.

And yes i hate them with passion when they call me 10 times a wk to "save you $5 a wk off your phone bill"

I think were thinking about 2 different hummers! I always call my misses' "off week" the hummer.... cause she behaves like she can drive over anyone in the world lol.

anyway, about the telemarketers, yes i can see why people hate them, but u have to understand that's it's the "base" for a lot of things.

I was doing telemarketing for like an year and a half and i hated it with a passion but it helped me improve my phone manner and my communication skills to the point where at 19 i was getting 41k working at an inbound support call centre for Telstra and since then I'm now 21 working in the accounts recievable department all cos of the manner i talk to people, doing minimal phone work all cos i started with telemarketing lol so it's not so bad

yea call centre work for big company can get u places if u stick it out.. telemarketing for dodgy companies is way to earn a few bucks when your studying or whatever.. pays more than maccas.

.. shittest job though.. i remember doin it for a few months when i was in highschool..drives u crazy!
