re
can after market HID kits be fitted directly in MINI??
i don't know anything about the HID, when installing it, do you need to trim the wires???
also, the headlight on MINI is actually together with the bonent, not seperately. the factory HID for MINI is too expensive, so would like to know if the after market one can be fitted to MINI.
I've already got the MINI, but would also like to install John Cooper Works Kits, is this possible to be done? all i know is when ppl buying their MINIs, they usually upgrade their car when buying it... just wondering can the kits be installed after you purchased the car? will they sell it to you???
Thanks.

Nice car,
You can retrofit the Cooper Works kit ant any time, but its very expensive as it includes a new head from memory....
You can fit a aftermarket HID kit but beware that it may trigger the lights out warning on the OBC.
Good luck.

Nice ride there, i always like the new mini
HID can be fitted, but if you had the option of auto lights on/off, then you don't really want to do it, as its going to cost you heaps to bypass the chip for auto lights and even if you do bypass it, i've seen lots of people have lights problem afterward.
One thing I would change for sure is the wheel though, 16" just don't make the cut these days.
