Engine Re-build pics (better late then never!) not 4 56k!

Post by SchumieFan »

In the beginning God (or whatever) created man
Skip a few million years and Man created the FTO
On the 3rd of March 1995 my beautiful pile of metal was created and in 2006 i lost a heater hose... thus emptying my radiator and blowing my head gasket.... so i stripped the bastard down and thats where we pick up now...

The rebuild!

this first pic compiles of my engine loosly(and organizedly(?)) scattered around my fathers well equipt garage

And again...

chuck the intake plenium on and hook up the wiring and hoses and your back to the start!

of course, all of this was in vain as 3 hours into driving it the came a clunkity clunkity clunck, lack of power and the engine had died yet again... i have a sneeky suspicion the B6 FORD part couldnt hold on, but we will only know when i pull the bastard apart again.... which wont be happining cause i cant be FUCKED playing with this motor anymore and im just dropping another in it.

sorry for lack of detail and only the few pics but i was a tad busy!

chur.

All that work and didn't really get anywhere, hope you don't get any problems with the new motor :)
