Taking off plastic surround ...
Hi guys,
Im putting in a tv into my car over the weekend its a one din where the screen slides into itself so it will fit perfectly above my head unit. Anyway i want to know is there a special way of taking the plasitic surround off without cracking it...

I always lift mine from the bottom (closest to the rear seats).Anyway i want to know is there a special way of taking the plasitic surround off without cracking it...

I just found it impossible to remove it with out breaking it, I pulled it up and was going good untill I got to the headunit bit, So I fixed it, abit of super glue, plastic welding, sanding and painting, looks like new and stock, can't even see the cracks but I broke it again by pulling it off again.
