My interior headlamp

Post by vivek »

A wierd problem - when i'm driving my car and turn right, my doorunlocked sign (in the dash) lights up and my headlamp (ie the lights on the rear view mirror) comes on. This happens only when i'm driving and i turn my stearing wheel to the right.

what could possibly have gone wrong????

how about check the door sensor as well? i had that problem before and found out it's just a lose connection on the door button thingy
The difference between what we do and what we are capable of doing would suffice to solve most of the world's problem.

I think your left door isn't closing properly... try adjusting the hook on the door frame that the door locks onto so that it is a bit closer to the centre of the car.
LED ALL the things.

Door Sensor

Post by dstocks »

Definitely the door sensor. You either need to adjust your door or tighten your sensor.

Found it thanks!, Hmm I took out the door sensor and clean them but whenever my door a open the car doesn't detect it, so my map lights doesn't work when I open the door and they can't be manually turn for some reason as well, but driving home last night my door light came on all night and my map light wouldn't turn off lol.

Any ideas to what this problem is? D:
