is this a serious question?
if it is then the short answers is NO.
the long answer is:
a blow off valve is basically a pressure valve that vents pressure within the intake tract (anywhere up to the throttle body) when the throttle is shut.
1. a non-turbo car will not be producing any positive pressure in the first place.
2. there is no reason to put it on a non-turbo car as it's supposed to increase turbo spool up on a turbo car between shifts.
3. it would screw up your air/fuel calculations on your ECU if you did install it.
if you really wanted the blow off valve sound, just wind down the window and scream "pssssssssssssssssh" everytime you changed gears... it gives the same performance results if you tried to put it on a non-turbo car anyway.

Actually I pulled up next to a commodore once and I was 100% sure it wasn't a turbo.
Funny thing was we were next to each other during take off (NOT DRAGGING) and I several blow off valve wooosh sounds........not coming from the engine...............coming from his stereo speakers!
Now that's Vanilla RICE to the max!!!
