I need a stock used radiator for a 95 GR. Hopefully I can get one soon coz I can't start the engine and I'm afraid it might seize up if I take too long to get a new radiator.
Thanks
95 GR Radiator

'crack' your spare or 'crank' it? You actually firing it up or just putting a socket on the crankshaft pulley & giving it a couple of turns?Nacho wrote:Belive it or not I actually don't really need this radiator for normal use. I just need this thing to crack my spare engine for about 10 minutes to stop it from seizing. Unless anyone else has got a better idea?
btw spare engine has no radiator

Sorry Ben I meant 'crank'. I honestly don't know if I need this radiator or not.
I've got the FTO Workshop Manual and according to that, the fuel pressure must be decreased and transmission fluid drained prior to engine / transmission removal. Both these steps involve starting the engine to release fuel pressure and pump the tranny fluid out.
The engine in the GR will sit in my shed until my MIVEC in my GPX carks it and needs to be replaced. Both FTOs are tiptronic so the radiator in my GPX mates with the GR.
When I buy my 6A13TT I will source a radiator made for that engine.
That's my dilemma
