Ahew do you know a decent place to get some pho? The only time i've tried it was at a viet restaurnet specialising in seafood (as opposed to the Pho restuarents i've driven passed) and it was just beef, broth and noodles. Wasn't too bad, little bland, but not too bad.
Yeah my mate's dad actually went to the trouble of making a proper pho, it took him 3 days. & no his name is not Jimmy

Is the broth that take the longest. He have that boil non-stop for over 2 nights on slow cook.

they're pretty much the better ones i normally go to. but my girl makes homemade pho every now and then too.. that's the best because "in vietnam, we cook it for 30 day".
