Its such awesome stuff. I had a whole suitcase full of it when I was younger, and I was always building machinery and other stuff. The Technics lego was just brilliant...

In fact my parents still have that suitcase, and I'm seriously tempted to go 'borrow' it and have another play ... even though its a 4 hour drive away :oops:

It certainly does bring out the creative talent in kids and is probably far better than sitting them down in front of TV all day.

I never followed the instructions though...that was the boring way of doing it. :P

No you don't, these days it's pretty much all pre built for them.......plus they've gone all licensed.

my mum threw out all the lego when i was small cos i stuck a small piece up my nose and i got a nose bleed and we had to go to the doctors to get it out
