Welcome to the club vivek, well there isn't anyone really can do a full FTO exhaust that I’m aware of.

Everyone is just getting the parts from everywhere. & then get the exhaust guy or their mechanic to put them together. Here are few options as below

Manifolds: RPW extractor or UAS down Pipe.

http://www.rpw.com.au

http://www.nismo.com.au

Middle muffler: Well I guess you mean the High Flow Cat. Call Lee from SL Motorsport on 0414 738 781, his got a few in stock that will fit a FTO. His from melb too btw.

Cat back: Most exhaust place can customize one for you, it should include the resonator (hotdog) & the muffler/tip, I wouldn't go more the 2.5" or you start to lose power.

With the chamber, its really depends on the design & what other mod have you got as well.

Come to the next Melb cruise (2nd Oct, details in Vic section) & you can see all the things above yourself. I've done everything you mention plus a bit more  and hopefully my car is ready by then.

For an full exhaust system here is a rough breakdown:
Extractors: 600+
Cat-back: 600 + (2.5") (could be cheaper if you get a normal cannon)
Labour: ~400

The answer to your question to the chamber is yes, it is very helpfull. easpecially with a cold air intake. There is not much point without it, as the filter is just sucking in the warm engine air.

See the DIY section for more info...
Hope that helps
