Anti Roll Bar Bushes

I have got myself a couple of new anti rollbar bushes and took the front wheel off the other day to change them and found that it might be harder than I thought. The bolt that holds these suckers in is quite hard to get at. Is it possible to reach this with a spanner (without dropping suspension out) or am I kidding myself (An idea of time required would be good if anyone can provide it).
