Ok everyone, this is the time to post your party tricks... Personally I dont have any besides DFO (Drunk, Fall, Over (thanks bennoz)) but my son has a particularly gross one...

I have been tempted to hang him by these in the past, but have resisted

I have no photos of this (thank god) - but although I am 6 foot 5, I can put both my legs behind my head. I also have a mate that can do this - had many people in hysterics when (un-named) friend and I had legs behind head wrestles on the roof of a house boat at 4am after MANY drinks.....whilst floating around the Hawksbury....

Oh hang on I just remembered I do have a party trick besides DFO - I can pop out the ball joint at the top of my left leg. I have to be lying on my right side to do it but it looks quite gross!! My birthday party is coming up in September, I must remember this one

I can wiggle my ears and scalp without touching them... it looks like I have a toupee that is alive and trying to escape my head

I can shake my eyes, but not at night. It's very strange.

have lots of clients whose shoulder blades do the same thing hehe

So Euro, I should get him to the gym quick smart, problem is I thought it was bad for kids to attend gyms until their bones have fully developed

no not at all...

there are some exercises you can do at home -

kinda complicated to demonstrate on here... and the thing is, doesnt mean he will have any problems because of it anyway... but often with clients I have with 'chicken wings' you try and get the shoulder blades to slide along the rib cage rather then shoot out the back... I do this via push ups type exercises, and specific exercises where they gain more awareness of the movement in the shoulder girdle.

would probably only be an issue if started to have shoulder pain, or related issues - so dont stress.

Now to completely hijack my own thread!! Euro, I googled serratus anterior and the site I went to gave some simple exercises to help this condition

I think I might get him to do a couple of these cos after reading it I did notice that his pectoralis minor may be short as his sholders are a bit rounded... I'm not overly concerned but there is nothing wrong with preventing a problem..

Was a house party!... you know there's alway one bloke thats off chops before 11pm... Needless to say he was well and truly asleep by midnight...
