Oils...

hey guys.. just wanted to make sure what types of oils to use for my transmission and engine.. ive heard a lot of people tell me a lot of stuff.. so hopefully u lot dont confuse me too LoL

I have a 95 GR triptonic. Ummm also what do you guys recommend for coolant?

Hi APZ-312,
Lots of different opinions on oils in this forum - best bet, use the search facility on the forum - I reckon your bound to pull up what you need.

As its been covered in the forum plenty of times.
