difference between air filters??

hey guys
i'm interested in buying the ITG filter from camskill
but it is a foam filter just like uni filter
what is the difference between the foam and the pods like K&N
and panel filter?
which one would be cleaner for the engine while still btter airflow than panel filter???

dude goto www.ftooc.org and look up their projects. they dynoed a whole bunch of air filters ! ITG and HKS came on top
