Unless you want to relocate your battery, stick with a std lead acid battery (they're cheaper) Tryt get amantenance free one and the higher the CCA (Cold cranking amps) power the better.
I have an exide maintenance free battery at 550 CCA. Its about $140 from Kmart.
I used to have a dry cell in my old car (relocated in the boot). It was good when my alternator died because I could just recharge it every 10kms or so with another car
Apart from that dry cells are lighter and take up less space but is it really worth the money?

Somewhere around $30-$40 at trade prices, it would probably be about $50 retail. The bigger the Amp Hour (AH) rating the better... Mine is 20AH
