Cusco Adjustable Suspension with Upper Pillows Mount

Post by FTO338 »

Ok does anyone got a set of Cusco Adjustable Suspension with Upper Pillows Mount, either Comp-S, Zero 1 or 2.

I know they cost more then TEIN, & are super rare, but had anyone ever use them before?

All the things i've heard so far are for other cars, & they suppose to be very good.

Ive got the Cusco HA Coilovers with pillowball mounts up front...
bought of someone on here second hand

opinions...well i like them...though ive never adjusted the height of them, and they arent the damper adjustable ones like the Comp Series...

pretty stiff, as stiff as teins...i dont know....
but pretty solid through corners..

How much did the front cost you? Do you know which series it is?

I believe they are the Comp-s series...
the Zero series is where they are damper adjustable as well...

price, well i got all 4 for less than 1k shipped from melbourne...actually...i got it installed for that price to due to some free labour ;)

I do get an annoying rubbing sound because they rub i think on one of the sway bar joints due to the car being lower....
question...being pillow ball top mounts shouldnt i be able to adjust the angle up top to make the suspension sit slightly further away from the mount down near the bottom to stop this rubbing??

Yeah I don't see why not.

My understanding is that you said on your first post you got them at the front, & on the last post you said you got all 4, so did you actually installed all 4 or just the front, if just the front, why so?

I believe the pillow mounts are just for the front. You wouldn't happen to have any pics of your suspension??
