Well nothing is for free, there are lots of people expected just because they put their hands out, people will give it to them. If you want it, you have to earn it. She already offers a discount, what else do you really expect people to do?
I work with few charity organizations, as I use to be a street kid myself & yes I did live on the street for more then a year, so I know what its like to be homeless & not have a cent in my pocket, but I also understand I have to work for what I want & need & not relied on someone else "compassion/generosity". I’ve seen lots of people not willing to do anything for themself to change the situation their in, because they know they can get away with it by doing nothing & wasting tax payer money.
But I do agree with the flower situation, that’s just ridiculous.

i do understand that a non-profit organisation still has to recover their costs and all, so i understand that things might not be given away, but the guy did have $3 and her attitude when she heard that was the thing that pissed me off. like i said her nose was in the air! if she had lifted it any higher i think her neck would snap!FTO338 wrote:Well nothing is for free, She already offers a discount, what else do you really expect people to do?

i mean the sell "blessed water" in the temple, these little containers of water for like afew bucks and also "blessed rice".

yes digital import, i do agree that there are good monks out there, just afew of the bad ones give them all a bad image, like the monk who tried to pick up a street hooker who ended up being an undercover police. oops
