Here ya go Boris. I do a bit of fiddling with torrents...

If you wanna go to the source have a peep on this site:
http://www.btsites.dontexist.com/

Tells you all about the protocol, all the different flavours of it, where to get em & lists all the torrent sites out there at the moment. It can be a little slow to get updated - usually weekly.

And here's my current favourite site:
http://torrentspy.com/

There's heaps more sites out there. Just gotta find them :)

The day suprnova went down was a sad one :(
There's still plenty of sites around though, just have to know where to look I guess.
For TV, www.tvtorrents.com still seems to be good

I have an rss feeder getting all my latest tv eps from btefnet, and i thought there just was not any new eps, damn thing is down :)
I heard (but im not sure if i belive it) that in europe tvs are alowed to be distributed for free, because the ads have already paid for their distribution, the media on which it is distributed on doesnt matter
I dont know why no one has offered free streams of the popular shows, with ads within them to pay for bandwidth and the shows them selves
