i recently got a carbonfibre GT wing from Motorware in Clayton.
It will not fit onto existing spoiler mounts/holes so 4 new ones will have to be drilled. The job took us over 4 hrs to fit but i am very pleased with the end results, and it certainly gets the attention... (pics coming soon)
if you plan to get a new wing/spoiler that fits onto the original mounting holes, you will need to get something that was made specifically for the FTO (ie: Veilside, D-Cuatro, GPvR etc) coz otherwise you will have holes all over your boot (like mine right now, which is gettiing patched and resprayed next week).
However for $300, it'll be pretty difficult to find one... add the cost of paint & fit and you're looking at close to $400 or slightly over. Afterall my wing cost me $650 fitted, but that excludes the price of fixing the bonnet itself which is another $300!

i believe that would be Jono fom Canberra...thecook wrote:i just saw that a member has a core sport wing on their fto
what are those wings like? how do they fit?
JR sells genuine C-West wings which is why they're so expensive... come to think of it, if you are willing to stretch your budget a little over by $100-$150, you can get a very nice APR-style wing from Autobarn which looks like the model seen on TFATF Eclipse... (with double-decks). I never seen one fitted on an FTO before but i can imagine it'll look pretty mad!
