I am getting my Teins fitted tomorrow, and I want to know what settings to get my mechanic to put into them.
Camber: ?
Stiffness ?
Also How do you adjust the height without the tool ? mine are set to extremly low at the moment, and whats some good round figures to set the height at, first time, I have stock Wheels on

i think some are 32 stage?
But i think you should put them around 16 ish.
camber, i cant remember... 1.5 and 2.0.... or 1.8...
you really need that tool to adjust the hieght as no other tool can adjust it
i have my fronts set a bit higher than the rears... ballance wise i think that works better.

The standard settings for Teins (i assumed urs are HAs) are 8 clicks front and 10 clicks rear.
I have tried softening it but it seems that the manufacturer's recommended settings are the best (as comfy as stock...mabe a little stiffer, but perfect for street).
anything softer any i feel dat the dampers are bumping agains the harder springs which i tink will wear our e dampers faster.
done try it too hard unless u go to track, cos your bones will break.
