any one tryed out these electric water pumps? this one says its pretty easy to fit, jsut by removing the belt from the stock pump and pluging this into the obttem of the radiator?
anyone tryed this? (new water pump?)

there's actually more to it than that...
you need to remove the impellor from the oem water pump...
removing the belt means getting a new measured up belt that is different from everyone elses and you still have the issue of getting fluid past the impellor.
i was going to do this about a year ago but had a leak around the waterpump so as i had to replace the waterpump it got shelved.... it'll be back on the cards again soon...
to do it properly allow 10 hours of mechanic's time
