VIC - Broken Down REDFTO on Punt Road 26/1/2005 12:30 pm

Spotted red fto, with rego REDFTO.
Under the bridge, on Punt Rd, corner od Swan st
Car was stopped on the right turn line under the bridge, and driver was waving other people to tell that there is a problem with the car, causing a real havoc.

I was going to ask if my help is needed, however, too late already for my appointment.

What was the problem
