spotted "police camera" thread

Post by EURO »

Not sure if this has been covered - did a qucik search

but maybe in each state, we could have a spot for "spotted police radar or flash camera" include street/date and time...... might sound a bit silly, and hardly worthwhile...but some people spend a bit of time on this site, so if it saves them a speeding fine it could be worth it?

nyway just a suggestion

Sounds like a good idea. This site is helpful for all Fixed Speed and Red Light Cameras

Here's something new.........

How about not speeding in built up areas?

That way, you never get caught. :-)

Cheers

im not promoting speeding by any stretch. but driving 65 in a 60 on a downhill slope.. well sorry, sometimes i think its over the top to be fined $125. I dont want to open up a can of worms over this topic and of course Not everyone has to agree with me......
, but the people that dont agree dont need to contribute to that part of the forum if we choose to have one.

I realise that this is a sensitive issue but i have to say that sometimes it is useful to know where speed camera's are. I don't condone speeding and 99% of the time i'm a good law abiding citizen :D However being a P plater i only have 5 points and can't afford to be caught doin the odd 65 in a 60 zone and no matter what anyone says it does happen. Consequently i now check my speed constantly, as such you can't have your eyes on the road the whole time, it's a bitch for concentrating but it's something i have to do or i would have lost my license by now with stupid little fines!!

i agree with eruo, its a big deal atm, some dealers are calling cruse controll licance savers.

youll find toyota and mitsubishi telling people how much better their licance savers are then ford and holden (by far to be honest) and its actually a selling point becuase we are ass raped by fines
