Pretty simple, make the engine breathe easier. Get a good Pod filter, and make sure it isn't sucking in any hot air, by trying to make a heatshield and a cold air intake system.

Then I woud look into getting an exhaust. Say getting the UAS Downpipe, Highflow CAT, and maybe a BLITZ cat back exhaust, which you can pick up for $550 second hand

If you do those properly, you would probably see like ~10kw, maybe more, at the fly.

After these steps, you gotta get bit more serious, and it will cost a hell lot more for each kW.

Oh, and one more thing, Tyres are VERY important, some people don't
realize how much difference they make in a "race"....

How old was the integra btw?

hi jr

well where do you want to start

i have a 1995 GR manual and have done

piggy back computer (perfect power smt6)
exhuast from headers back
custom air intake and air box
uas throttle body
uas plemum

this give me 105.2kw at wheels (this is the highest dyno for a fto at uas) and this is tuned for road use (very conservatively) and with no additives

also when at wakefield before throttle body and plemum was 1 second quicker then the gpx's

if you or anyone wants to check out my setup PM me

you can also find me on every sydney cruise/get together

the Integra Type R is damn quick, its quicker than the VersionR when stock!

they are very light cars, and the engine is damn good for a 1.8L.

hmmm i think my 102kw without the any of those(except the front pipe) would pip that now ive got my intake pipe(the 102 was prior to that)
:P

but its that damn stripe that makes yours quicker around the track(not to mention the TEINS :P )
