Hello im wondering how much hp does the gearbox in the v6 mivec handle, will it handle around 350hp
and if not what gearbox would fit or can i build the gearbox for cheaper
and how much has it costed to do a AWD/4WD conversion and what is needed
If you are wondering why i sound so clueless im 15 years old and im trying to get the info so i can suprise my dad 4 his birthday like buying him a gearbox or building the org gearbox
I'm sure your dad will be happy enough you're interested in his hobby tbh. Surprises are nice, but everything you're suggesting is a significant undertaking that would require a lot of time, planning and most significantly money.
I understand your enthusiasm, but you don't need AWD to have fun in these cars. Be better off buying a Galant or Evo. If that's something your old man actually wants to do for the fun of it that's a different story.
350hp would be a stretch. Mine puts out around 300 & I was having to rebuild it every 6 months when I was using it as a daily. The primary input bearing can't handle it.
