Some question on Koni shocks

Hello,

I don't really need any adjustable ones....just need a firm ride...

Now, I was thinking of getting some koni's....but not sure at the moment.

Now, I think I remember some one saying that you can get the inserts or the whole thing...

Now what is part of an insert? and how much price differences am I looking at? Also I think some one said that I will have to reuse my strut or the cylinder or what ever.....if I were to get the inserts....is there a problem with doing it this way?

And where would be the best place to go....I heard whiteline, but not sure...

If there is any one out there that got the inserts please help...

wihteline recently advised me they don't have adjustables for the FTO anymore however they are considering making some in the near future...
