180k oil change

180k oil change
Hi Guys. For the best part of the last 130k I've used a 10 40 synthetic oil. Now that I've just hit the 180k mark I was wondering if I should switch to a 10 50? It's been serviced every 5k and I've recently replaced the lifters.

Just use what the manual states, 10w 40 is fine.
