Try finding anything in Acacia Gardens at the moment, every single listing bar one (which is going to auction) is under contract. It's f**ken silly in this suburb at the moment.

My place had 1 open house and we got a tenant.. Straight away on 12 month lease.. So even rentals are going quick..
Hope that is the same when we need to find someone new in 12 months..

Was on the market for 6 hours yesterday, my agent rang me at 8:30pm last night just to tell me that his phone had been ringing off the hook. People wanting the price & pleading with him to get in early to look at it. The last guy he told 'bring you chequebook, because it will go on the day'
