I've often wondered about these. They certainly look like they'd fit. You'd have to modify the droplink bracket for non mivec cars though.
Either way, you'd get your money back selling them on to a Lancer guy if they didn't.

I have to get the rear camber on ours changed anyway, wouldn't be so bad putting these on at the same time...
