Well it's not worn, it's coated with a build up of either burnt coolant or combustion ash or unburnt fuel additive.

How long does it take to build up?
What fuel are you using, brand and type and octane level?
Are you adding anything to your fuel?
Is your FTO using/loosing coolant or oil?
What colour is the inside of your exhaust tip?
Does your FTO blow smoke or water out of the exhaust? If so what colour?
Was your engine misfiring with those plugs installed?
Were all your plugs the same?

I am currently using Shell Vpower 98 Ron.

Using Nulon Octane Boost & Clean.

Oil and coolant have stayed pretty much at the same level in the 3 months i have had the car.

No color smoke is coming out of exhaust.

Car does not sound or feel like it's missing. car can stall after initial start up at idle when the car has been parked for a while time.

All plugs had similar brown soot and are in similar condition.

Not sure how long it takes to soot up, but will be replacing the plugs with new one soon.

Idle sounds good.
I prefer to use Caltex Vortex 98, I have had troubles with shell fuel in a few different vehicles.
How often do you use octane boost, if you put it in every tank than that could be your ash buildup cause.

I run only BP Ultimate 98, but that's because BP is the only place here that sells 98

I used to manage a 24/7 Shell Roadhouse and because of that I always ran the PULP 98 octane Shell fuel (Advantage of not having to pay for fuel at that stage). Since moving to Adelaide I've been using BP Ultimate 98 and my car is more responsive and I get far better fuel economy
