Don't forget to undo the bolts around the back too, if you don't it wont come off
Unbolt the throttle body and let it hang, don't need to undo cables/hoses, then bolt it back on when intake is back in place.
Unplug the sensor harness's on the drivers side of the intake and leave the sensors attatched to the intake.
Take your time, don't drop any bolts/nuts/washers into the lower intake pipes, put a rag over the lower intake pipes when the upper intake is removed, check down all the intake pipes with a torch before you put it back together just to make sure there is nothing foreign down there.
Should take you an hour on your first go, 20 min when you have done it a few times.
Good Luck

Last time I did it I wanted to see how fast I could remove the manifold.
14 minutes and 47 seconds
Wasn't rushing it much either. Could probably get it done in 12.

Here we go, another pissing contest.
I can do it in 3 min flat with an angle grinder.
Sahin can just rip it off with his bare hands without undoing anything, 18 seconds.
