Brake master cylinder sizing help and seal kit gpx ??

Post by hogan »

Hi guys

My brake master cylinder is leaking and im looking to pick one up. Didnt realise there were different ones for a GPX. I know the manual fto is 15/16 (GPX), but the auto triptronic is 1" but would it make much difference if i fitted a 15/16 to my auto triptronic instead of the 1" ?? My car is a 95 gpx v6 auto. Also is there anywhere that sells a cheap seal kit aswell? Thanks

I have a manual GPvR and its 1 inch, but most of the GPX's ive pulled apart are 15/16. You can tell the size as its written on the casting. GR have a 7 (for 7/8), most GPX have a 15 (for 15/16) and my versionR has a 1 (for 1 inch).
