Re: GR ECU pinout
Its basically the same minus the mivec solenoid trigger lines! You trying to wire a Gmanage in I take it? This is what I've got for GR..vipfto wrote:Does anyone have the GR ECU pinout? found GPX easily but cannot seem to find GR one
GReddy Emanage blue wiring guide for FTO
Rotary Switch selection for FTO GR = 6 - 8 - 4
What you need:
Wire cutter
Wire connectors
Crimper
Wire stripper
Torch if working in dull conditions.
Preparation:
Remove front passenger seat (allows easier access to the engine ECU
Remove passenger footwell (flare holder part)
Engine ECU is located behind this.
Remove glovebox (allows more room while working on the wiring
Disconnect battery
Remove the three harnesses from the ECU.
The Emanage comes with 2 harnesses, one with a 12 pin connector and one with an 18 pin connector which has two separate looms.
4 wires going to the engine ECU need to be split, see diagram for locations.
Number 1 (white)
Number 2 (blue)
Number 3 (red)
Number 4 (white with black stripe)
From the Emanage 12 pin wiring loom connect:
Yellow with white stripe to the ECU connector side of 1
Yellow with black stripe to loom side of 1
Orange with white stripe to the ECU connector side of 2
Orange with black stripe to the loom side of 2
Dark blue with white stripe to the ECU connector side of 3
Dark blue with black stripe to loom side of 3
From the Emanage 18 pin wiring loom connect:
Purple to the ECU connector side of 4
Light blue to the loom side of 4
The rest of the wires that need connected just need to be spliced into the ECU wires as follows (all from the Emanage 18 pin wiring loom). See diagram for locations.
Grey to number 5 (red with white stripe)
Brown to number 6 (off white)
Red to number 7 (black with red stripe)
Black to number 8 (black with silver tag)
Yellow with red stripe & purple with red stripe to number 9 (yellow with red stripe)
Orange with red stripe & blue with red stripe to number 10 (yellow with red tag)
Light blue & pink to number 11 (yellow with black stripe)
Black with red stripe to number 12 (black with silver tag)
Reverse the preparation steps and that’s the job done.
