Hey guys, been doing my clutch with tylar we have the box and everything out, but i need to get the flywheel out to get machined.
We have a rattle gun but its 220nm and it just doesnt cut it.
Would anyone be kind enough to lend me their rattle gun for the day?
Please

You can always lock the motor in place by using a long socket arm in the crank pulley, then use another long one to crack the flywheel bolts. They're not torqued up that hard, but they do have a form of loctite on them from the factory you need to break through.

If you weren't on this south side I would let you use mine because it worked to undo mine

Can we borrow it for a few days?
I'd promise to drop it back, we could come get it?

Just an update, looking through my manual i realised mine was 320nm, not 220 like i thought, and an overnight soak in WD did jack sh*t (no surprise but was worth a try)
Have it on for a good 30 seconds, with a few passes but nothing, theyre locktighted good!

We tried my breaker bar with a bigger extension, however the radiator stem is in the way, and with an extension bar on it it just keeps coming off, the bolts are tiny in width on the head, cant get a good enough grip on them with a breaker bar

1100nm rattle gun delivered express for 300. If only, will try to get the radiator stem off tonight to get a better angle on it and see if we can break it off

After a long breaker bar, a milk crate, several blocks of wood, feet in the actual engine bay and many a swear word later, we got the flywheel off
