My bush needs lube

Post by Shane001 »

8O

Get your heads out of the gutter boys

But seriously, I've run out of polyurethane grease satchets. Anyone know what grease to use with these bushes and where to buy it?

Cheers :D

You'll need to use either a Lithium or Molybdenum based grease on the SuperPro Gear. You can buy it direct from Fulcrums Suspensions in QLD as well, not sure on the exact pricing but can update later if I find it

Edit: Pricing Found-

White Grease 500g tub - $45.52RRP (can do for $35 incl. postage)
Silicon Grease 500g tub - $89RRP (can do for $70 incl. postage)
I'll have an FTO one day... i swear!

until then:
1. 2001 Merc-Benz A160 (porta-loo on wheels)
2. 2007 Peugeot 307 TDi (more fun than you'd expect)
3. 2009 Mitsubishi Triton Di-D (a monster in its own right)
4. 1992 Nissan NX Coupe (club car and project car)
5. 1996 Holden SB Barina - "The Nugget"
6. 1996 Jeep XJ Cherokee Sport - The Budget Build
7. 2010 Toyota Landcruiser 76 Series - V8 Goodness... - Build coming soon.
8. 1990 Audi 90 manual - The delightfully dignified daily driver

Thanks guys, can't have bush without lube

Ben, is it OK to grab a couple of satchets off you? Do you pass by the Dundas Valley / Carlingord area at all on your travels? Or can I pick em up from where you work (if it's closer)? If not I can drop out to your place maybe tomorrow night if you're home?

Cheers.

Got 2 I can spare, have chucked them in my work bag so I'll have them on me tomorrow.

Unsure what they day has in store for me, but I'll let you know in the morning. I'm only up in Thornleigh, not far from your place.

Sweet, thanks Ben. I'm off to Warriewood early tomorrow but I'll give you a call in the afternoon and see if I can catch you on my way home, if not I'll drop out and see you after dinner if you're around.

Cheers.
