headlight domepolishing

so a while ago i read a thread or a diy thread on polishing the dome that the headlight bulb sits in,
makes it shine brighter or something, ive jsut looked through the diy and done a search,
anyone know where i can find it while im still searching??

its called a projector lense lol

color? i thought it's just a clear coat over it?

Id just polish it. Adding a coat of clear will just make it duller as the light will have to not only pierce thru glas but a coat of paint as well.

okay, just a polish it is,

im gonna start on the cracked one i have in the garage, cause the light is f*@cked haha

i reckon it won't do much on the brightness.

it's just to make it glaring to eyes, for the sake of breaking the law :lol:

yeah it was pretty clear,
a quick polish didnt evan do anything haha
