It's a box stuck to the side of my batter box and has wires going to neg and pos terminals of my battery and also one to ground near the bulkhead/throttle cable mounting.
Someone at battery world (battery died so had to get it replaced this morning!) said it's an anti-rust device but i'm thinking it's maybe one of these devices that's supposed to give you a better earth/iron out spikes etc.
So which is it, does it work and should I leave it on the car? (wiring looks messy to be honest)
Looks to me like it must be a crock of shite whatever it is due to where the wires are going.
I have a 'Direct power system' box nr battery - what is it?

Re: I have a 'Direct power system' box nr battery - what is
Ok so after some googling it seems like it's a box that's sealed really well with epoxy so stop you getting in, then if you do get inside there's loads of resin to stop you getting any further and hide the secret technology, then if you get past that you find a fuse and that's about where the technology ends.
Time to clean out the garbage.

See where the positive is going. Weirds it's going a terminal going from earth and negative terminal though, sort of pointless.
