Just plugs into a laptop (or desktop). In my case, I just plug my Toshiba laptop into it. All the arcade wiring runs into a PS2 keyboard plug. Computer just thinks its a keyboard. All the buttons map to keyboard keys. Dell 17" Monitors just run into a splitter cable and plug into video port. Basically with this setup, any emulated game will run on it. So potentially C64, Amiga, MAME, PC, Nintendo etc.....

I didnt build the box into it on purpose. This way, it can act as a coffee table as well without having a computer hiding under it.
